At 702Greens, we strive to deliver the freshest and highest quality microgreens to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Perishable Products

  • Final Sale: All sales of microgreens and other perishable products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of these items.
  • Quality Concerns: If you receive a product that is damaged or not of acceptable quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@702greens.com. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos if possible, so we can assess the situation.

2. Non-Perishable Products

  • For any non-perishable products (e.g., merchandise, tools, etc.), we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@702greens.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@702greens.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

4. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Because we grow our products specifically for each order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order is considered final, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
  • Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. To cancel a subscription, contact us at hello@702greens.com.

5. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only granted in cases where the product is deemed unacceptable due to damage or quality issues, and the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refund Process: Once your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.
